Catherine Gaultier first worked for Sears for $7 a week, but as a Rosie in Cleveland for Fisher Body she made a little over $2 an hour. During the day, while she was at work, her husband watched their three children. At night, it was the reverse as he went to work. At work, the men always made her do the dirty work but generally she felt that the atmosphere at work was congenial.
